In 2023, Logan started his own agency and added a partnership with Robertson Ryan Insurance, to create a unique customer focused insurance program that prides itself on unwavering commitment, integrity, honesty, and service. His program is one that creates long term savings, safety, and success for clients.

After working as a captive agent for a nationally recognized insurance company I quickly realized my time there would not last. Despite the abundance of resources, support, and industry-led training, something just did not sit right with me when my clients and I were desperate for options.

Just like your business, the insurance industry changes. Prices move, carriers switch coverages, and sometimes back out of markets completely. Events like these cause agents who represent only one carrier to keep their book of business running by any means necessary. Often times followed up with provisions or rate increases at the expense of you the insured. Neglecting the secret serum – to quote out more carriers!

Many clients believe that finding the best carrier involves working with an independent agent. While this can be helpful because more insurance companies are viewing your profile, your current providers’ motives for profiting as an agency may get in the way by selecting one that they have profit sharing agreements with or incentive quotas to fulfill. They may even rollover your account when it is unnecessary to achieve a higher commission rate.

My book of business removes the bias out of the mix by taking equal commission splits as an agent with every carrier in exchange for quality relationships with the best in the country.
